Supports .ips, .ups, .aps, .bps, .rup, .ppf, .ebp, .bdf, .bspatch, .xdelta (to some extent), .vcdiff

Xdelta patcher
Supports .xdelta better, because it's annoying sometimes to deal with Xdelta patches.
