Emulator List

Here's a bunch of emulators I just list, mostly for PC unless noted. I will still recommend checking out Emulation General Wiki for a deeper look into emulators to use. These are more of my personal recommendations than anything, and it could be outdated maybe.

Unrelated, but I think those are important to have on the side for patching ROMs.
